Self cleaning option does not work

When trying to use the self cleaning option, the display beeps continually and will not shut off unless power is disconnected. The error code is FC. Any advise on how to fix it.

I personally don’t know much about your error code, but I did find this.

          Communication error between boards
             The manufacturer has assigned this error or fault code to  indicate a possible problem with the clock assembly circuitry or relay  board. Check the wiring harness between the boards to be sure there is  good connection. If that checks out, it could be that either the relay  board is not sending the proper signal.
