Samsung Washer won't spin WF448AAP/XAA 04

Main Symptom: Won’t spin, just sits in a puddle of water. They drum rotates freely though.
What happens & when:

Parts or tests already tried:
Photos / video link: I thought maybe a belt would be off or broken, but it doesn’t have a belt.

Based on the description if it just sits you could have a door switch issue, or even a control board issue. You will need to test the door switch with a multimeter and the board for power in and out with a multimeter.
