Based on the information you provided, here are the possible causes for each error code and what to check:

Button Error

  • A button or switch may be stuck or jammed because it is being pressed unevenly due to a deformed control panel or button.
  • A button other than the Power button may be stuck for more than 30 seconds.
  • An internal plastic component may be deformed, causing the button to stay pressed.
  • The screws securing the sub PBA (control panel board) may have been overtightened, putting pressure on the buttons. If so, try loosening them slightly and check if the issue goes away.

AC2 – Sub PBA Communication Error

The main control board is not communicating with the sub PBA (control panel board).

  • Check all connector connections between the sub PBA and main PBA for loose, damaged, or improperly seated connections.
  • Remove the sub PBA and inspect it for damaged or cold solder joints.

AC3 – DR Module Communication Error

The main control board is not communicating with the DR module.

  • Check the wiring harness and connectors between the DR module and the main PBA.
  • Inspect the DR module for damaged or faulty solder joints.

AC4 – Wi-Fi Module Communication Error

The main control board is not communicating with the Wi-Fi module.
