Samsung washer 2e error, help!!!

Hello people, new to this forum here. I am getting a 2e error code on my washer that just started the other day. I scoured the net trying to find a fix but was having difficulty nailing down exactly what the problem is. So I called Sears and they sent out someone from A&E product services (really nice guy) to do a diagnostic for 75 bucks. He told me that it was the main pcb on the front of the washer. I declined his repair because I can do it myself a lot cheaper. I ordered the part and put in in today and I am getting the same error. Anybody out there familiar with this that can give me some advice?

Hello,

The “E2” error code means that one or more keys on the control panel are jammed. The correction is to replace the control panel. I don’t think it has something to do with the main PCB.

Thanks for the response but it is a 2e error not an e2 error. Any advice?
