What happens & when:
After washing a large load of blankets, the washer displayed an unbalanced (UB) code and stopped spinning. The motor runs and sounds normal, but the tub does not spin under power, even when the washer is empty. The tub spins freely by hand. SmartThings/Smart Care reports a generic spinning operation issue.

Parts or tests already tried:
Power reset, calibration mode, rebalancing loads, Spin Only with empty tub. Confirmed this is a direct-drive model (no belt or external splutch). Wondering if DC97-18439B (Samsung DC97-18439B Washer Clutch Assembly OEM Part) would apply or if the failure is an internal drive/motor coupling issue.
