SAMSUNG WA400 knocks

I own a Samsung washer WA400PJHDWR/AA-0001. I have had warranty service three times. First time for broken pump motor mount. Second for 3E error which would leave water in the tub. Repairman only moved my pump motor according to a tech bulletin, it didn’t stop the error. Third time was for same 3E error, I was told I would need a new hall sensor but Lower decided to buy me out of my warranty.

I started to do some work myself here and finally got the 3E error to go away. Now I only get a DC error. The washer will try to run it’s final spin and start knocking loudly and stop, then reset with more time or stop with error. Rearranging the clothes does not help to balance the load out.

I have tried to check the washer level but the instructions for this in the manual are weak. Something like filling the tub with water and looking at the adjutator. Anyway, that doesn’t help me.

Are there other methods for leveling that might help me? Also, could the hall sensor be causing the unbalanced load issues? tia

So… I ordered the suspension rods and the washer works well. I get an E3 error code intermittently now. But, everything else seems to be functioning well. Also, sometimes I still get the situation where the timer goes all the way down to zero, then it restarts back at 24 minutes.
