Samsung top loader washer making me crazy

Main Symptom: unbalanced, cracking sides
What happens & when: Washer keeps going out of balance. It’s on level ground and checked frequently. I have replaced the suspension rods and recalibrated it a month ago. It was working great for 3.5 weeks. It started going out of balance so bad that it’s starting to crack the frame under lid. Now it sounds like it’s rubbing the side walls when it does spin level . I have done small, medium and large loads all the same result

Check and ensure the inner tub is secure and in place, and the tub nut is tight. Also, check the tub balance ring for any damage.
