Machine was getting out of balance during spin cycle. Kept refilling water and spinning out of balance until it threw a code. Replaced all the damper rods. Now it sounds like it is knocking and scraping during spin cycle. What could be the issues?

Wash basket broken free? Wash basket no longer round and kinda egg shape? Wash basket hitting the tank cover? The tank cover broken free? Water drains out ok?
