Samsung Roars like jet engine on spin cycle

Purchased 8/2013, lightly used, front loader.

When it gets to the spin cycle noise increases with RPM. At highest RPM sounds roars - very loud, almost painful to be near. No banging.

Any alternative theories to tub bearings which sound expensive and difficult to fix :eek: ?

It sounds like a tub bearing to me. I don’t see any tub support rollers that could be faulty. The motor bearings could also be bad.
