Samsung RF25HMEDBBC/AA 11 Temperature varies

I have a Samsung refrigerator, Model RF25HMEDBBC/AA 11. It was the evaporator fan was making noise but we were leaving town. So it ran this way for approximately one week. When I returned home it was still making noise so I completely defrosted the unit, cleaned the compressor (not excessively bad) and removed the evaporator assembly. When I put it all back together the fan was quiet but not the temperatures are not quite exact like they used to be. Right now the display says Fridge 37, Freezer -3, and the tray is set at 37. My thermometers are telling me Fridge 37, Freezer 0 and the tray is 32. The unit has been on three days and the fridge varies from 40 to 32, the Freezer varies from -5 to 2, the tray varies from 32 to 40. I cannot hear the evaporator fan shut down when I open the door like I used to, but I did verify it was running before I put it back together (although it didn’t appear to be very fast, but I don’t know what normal is for the fan).

Do you believe replacing the Evaporator Cover Assembly would take care of this issue?

Also is part number DA97-13757A the correct part for this refrigerator?

Honestly, the range that the refrigerator is fluctuating would be within the variation of temps that would be expected. You will have a low point and high point and the average will be towards the center.
