Samsung RF22K9381SG Control Panel unresponsive

Main Symptom: Control Panel Locked
What happens & when: Control panel on door lights up and shows temp, but all functions are locked, so no water, no ice, no adjusting temp. Resetting “lock” instructions does not work (holding for 3 secs). Could I need a new main control board?
