Samsung Refrigerator not cooling enough

Brand:Samsung
Model Number:RF32CG5400SR/AA
Main Symptom:Not Cooling Enough
What happens & when:Fridge/freezer get cool but not cold enough to store food.

Error Code (if any):C68 on fridge, RD-306 AND PRP-101 on the Samsung Smart Things app
Parts or tests already tried:The fridge has been working great but towards the end of last week it stopping staying as cold as it has been. The circuit board shows the LED to be red and solid. Compressor etc seems to be working like it should. I cleaned the condenser coils for good measure but nothing. It cools but does not get as cold as it should. I took the cover off of the evaporator coil inside the freezer(where mine is located) and no ice build up just alittle bit of frost along one of the lines. I poured water down the drain tube and it is clear. The blend door seems to be working like it should and the fans are all turning on. Also none of the ice makers are making ice like they are not even filling with water unless I touch the reset buttons. I am getting code C68 flashing but goes away when I unplug the fridge. Also I am getting codes RD-306 and PRP-101 on the samsung smart things app. I’ve been told different things from the fill tube heater is bad to an issue with the blend door or there is blockage(which there is none). On the control panel inside the fridge it shows the fridge temp to be at 34 degrees but when I shoot my thermometer laser on the inside it shows the temp to be ranging from 40-60 degrees, and the freezer shows to be -8 degrees but when I check it the meter shows the temp to be ranging from 30-50 degrees. I really need help i have called 3 different repair services in my area and either they go well this is what’s wrong with it and doesnt want to come look at it or I made an appointment for one to come to my house and then never showed or called.

Would it be possible to provide a picture of the evaporator frost pattern, as well as a general run time of how long the compressor may have been running for when the picture was taken?

I do not have a picture and right now im trying not to unplug the fridge for anything as i have my wife’s chemo medication in the fridge that has to stay cold and this thing is already struggling. I can tell you the frost pattern was running along one of the upper brass lines. But there was no ice build up. What’s even more crazy is the c68 code is no longer showing and the codes RD-306 and PRP-101 have cleared from the samsung smart things app. The ice maker in the fridge seems to be making ice again but the 2 ice makers in the freezer are not.

If you have a thermometer, it can be placed in a cup of water where the temperature can be accurately identified within a few hours. Or the thermometer can be placed in a fluid that has been inside the refrigerator the entire time. This will ensure the most accurate temperature reading is found. For the freezer side of this, a thermometer can be placed in between a couple bags of veggies for an hour to identify the accurate freezer temperature. If there is absolutely no frost pattern on the evaporator with the exception of the frost on the copper tube and maybe one or two of the evaporator’s aluminum tubes, the issue would very likely be a sealed system issue. Unfortunately, a sealed system issue would require an EPA certified technician to repair it. This would cause the freezer to not reach the 4 degrees necessary for ice production in the freezer.
