Main Symptom: control panel is blank, ice maker motors always run, refrigerator temp is 55 degrees, freezer is warm. I have replaced the control panel and get the same symptoms. I have replaced the main control board and get the same symptoms. The red LED on the inverter PCB stays lit. The compressor is running as well as the cooling fan. The lights in both compartments light up when the doors are opened. The unit has been powered off numerous times, even unplugged for five days. I have checked the left door wiring and re-seated the wiring connectors on the top left for the left door components. When first powered up, I observe that the compressor and cooling fan start up and stay on do shut off after awhile, the unit gets up to the correct temp. If I open the refrigerator door, soon after the compressor and fan, as well as the red LED on the inverter PCB, turn back on. The evaporator coils are clean. The control PCB is a GUGGENHE I M-PJT DA41-00526A VER 1.1 I received from Samsung a GUGGENHE I M-PJT DA41-00526A VER 1.4 2016.01.07

Robert64, if you access the main control, voltage can be tested with a multimeter and needle probes to identify what may be happening with the dispenser circuit. At the wire connection CN50, there will be a gray wire at pin 5, an orange wire at pin 4, and a red wire at pin 3. With a multimeter set to Volts DC, what voltage shows up when testing from the gray wire with the black meter probe to the red wire with the red meter probe? What shows up when testing from the gray wire with the black meter probe to the orange wire with the red meter probe?

It sounds like the main control is working properly, and the correct voltage is being sent from the main control all the way to the user interface control. Based on what I am finding, the control panel/user interface control assembly should have been part number DA97-07881N. Is that the part number that was used to replace the original one?

Yes. I did I ordered from Samsung, part number DA97-07881N, Cover Assembly Dispenser, which included the display circuit PCB. I installed the replacement part with the refrigerator powered off. When I powered the unit on, the user interface control was still blank. I will double check that the interface control wire connector is not compromised.

If there is not a compromised connection or wire, it may be that the old main control was the original issue and it may have affected the new user interface assembly when the new interface was installed.
