The middle drawer and freezer are not cooling. I was also having problems with the refrigerator not cooling. The inside back behind panel had some ice. Unplugged refrigerator and let completely unthaw. Plugged back in and rehooked the inside panel after it was unthawed. Refrigerator in holding temps at around 42-44, but middle drawer and freezer not cooling. Their temps are 55-58. What can I check to see what is wrong with the middle drawer and freezer not cooling?

As many medicines have to be refrigerated, many new designs of refrigerators prioritize getting the fresh food section cool. Since there was ice build up on the fresh food back panel, was the evaporator verified as being clear of ice build up prior to plugging the appliance in? Also, have the defrost heater, defrost bi-metal, and evaporator sensor been tested?
