Main Symptom:Refrigerator and freezer are not cooling.
What happens & when:this has happened a number of times. What part numbers do I need to fix this?

Parts or tests already tried:unplugged and tried to reset, refrigerator is holding temps at 42-46. Freezer was initially holding temp at 20-25, now it is up to 33-35.

The error E5 is going to indicate a fresh food defrost sensor failure. If the power supply cord is unplugged and the main control access from the back of the appliance, the defrost sensor can be tested for resistance using the wires at the main control. With a multimeter set to resistance Ω, and the wire connection CN30 disconnected, the light blue wire at pin 8 of the wire connector can be tested to the gray wire at pin 1 of the connection CN76. Does a resistance between 9K-13K Ohms show up or do you get a different reading?
