Model Number: Nx60A6511SS
Main Symptom: Touchpad is unresponsive
What happens & when: I can unplug it, but when power is restored, it beeps several times but remains unresponsive

Error Code (if any): C-F2
Parts or tests already tried: I’ve turned power off (at both the outlet and at the breaker box), and I’ve removed and cleaned the controller board with both WD-40 and canned air (those were suggested by someone on YouTube). There really wasn’t any indication of dirt. I’m trying to determine if I should replace the controller board or the touchpad.

That code represents a communication error be tween the main board and the touchpad. It is hard to know which one it is. I could tell you the main board and it may or may not fix it. You might want to replace the less expensive one first.
