Samsung new icemaker stopped making ice

Main Symptom: Once I replaced the ice maker it was making ice after about 36 hours. It filled the ice bucket mostly full but not as full as usual. Then after about a week it has pretty much stopped making ice maybe an occasional dump.
What happens & when: I’ve set it on the power freeze setting to see if that helps. I’m showing a temperature of 2-4 degrees in the ice bin. The freezer settings on power freeze shows -8 degrees. Before that I had it set to fridge 38 degrees and freezer -2 degrees.

Parts or tests already tried: Replaced the ice maker part no: DA97-15217D

Check to make sure that there is water getting into the icemaker. It is possible that there is no water fill which would cause the unit to not make ice.

Thanks for your response. Yes, it is getting water. I tried the reset test, it chimed, dumped a cycle of ice refilled and then made the OK response, Dee Do!
