What happens & when: the arm that moves the ices cubes out of the tray is locked up with the arms sticking upward

Error Code (if any):none
Parts or tests already tried: replaced the assy# 16696023-13649024 (ordered through appliance pros) per your recommendation and that temporary fixed the problem. Three days later it was locked up the same way again.

Normally, that happens when the ice cubes are small, and a cube gets caught in between the guard and the teeth of the rake. Do the cubes look small sometimes? If they do, you may consider replacing the water valve. If the water coming through the door is weak, it could be a filter or water supply to the refrigerator. These are some things to think about.
