Main Symptom: ice maker not filling
What happens & when: I tried reset procedures. The water dispenser seems fine. The ice maker assembly seems fine. How can I know if I need to replace the fill tube heater or the water inlet valve?

Parts or tests already tried: Tried reset procedures from samsung, assembly arm cycles but nothing else happens

Typically when a refrigerator icemaker will not fill with water, it is the fill valve. If the fill tube is iced up, it is still the fill valve. Try putting some water in the icemaker and see if it dumps the ice.
