Main Symptom:Ice machine freezes up
What happens & when: works then freezes

Error Code (if any):
Parts or tests already tried: Installed new ice hopper drawer. Ice builds up inside unit and then hopper won’t come out and unit does not make Ice. Should I replace the water valve? Should I replace the Ice machine?

So are you seeing a build up of excess ice Cubes or just solid ice? Can you tell where it originates from?
