To get to the screws in order to remove the element from the housing you will need to remove the complete housing. Disconnect all wiring, making sure that you photograph how they are connected, and then remove the screws holding the housing in the dryer. Once out you would be able to disassemble the housing to remove the heater from the housing.

There are screws in the back of the housing bracket not shown in the video ( only shows front screws.)

The bracket housing in the front has the same screws in the rear of that bracket. If they are phillips head screws then get a small screwdriver in to remove them. If it is a 1/4" nut then use a ratchet to get them. You may not need to remove the bracket completely to get the heater housing out. Try removing just the screw holding it to the bracket then lower the rear of the housing to get it loose from the duct in the back and then slide it out.
