Samsung freezer not cooling down enough

Main Symptom:freezer not cooling down enough
What happens & when:freezer not cooling down enough Thermostat only blinks and can’t adjust temperature down After cycling the fridge/turn off and back on it works correctly for a minute then goes back to blinking and can’t adjust again I think possibly the thermostat board is bad but I’m not sure if that’s the problem or not

Parts or tests already tried:cycled fridge and temporary repairs and goes back to not working

Based on what is going on with the display board, this will most likely be a faulty display board.

I ordered and replaced the display board and it’s doing the same thing. I made sure to unplug while replacing. Any other suggestions of what could be causing this issue?
