Any idea on how to diagnose and fix this dryer?

Model Number: DVE60M9900V
Main Symptom: Front touch panel unresponsive
What happens & when: When I turn the dryer on (either the top compartment or the main compartment) the “On” and time LEDs turn on, but the rest of the panel is unresponsive, basically only the on/off touch button responds.
Error Code (if any): none
Parts or tests already tried: All steps recommended via google or chatGPT searches (60seconds unplugged, touch both cord plugs with screwdriver, panel buttons hold to reset, replace braker, etc.)
