Since you’ve already replaced the heating element and the switch, I would not replace another part yet. On the Samsung NE58F9710WS/AS, the next suspect is the wiring/harness between the switch and cooktop elements.

The part number for your element bridge assembly ( Samsung DG47-00066A Range Radiant Bridge Heating Element | Genuine OEM Part ) & the triple burner switch ( Samsung DG44-01007B Range Triple Burner Switch | Genuine OEM Part ) is the parts you installed?

What I would check next

  1. Turn the breaker OFF.
  2. Pull the cooktop/control area back apart and inspect every terminal at the new switch and elements.
  3. Look specifically for a burned, loose, pushed-back, or incorrectly positioned wire terminal.
  4. Compare the new element terminal layout with the original/wiring diagram. Don’t assume identical-looking replacement elements have identical terminal positions. There is a documented repair on this exact model where a replacement element did not work because two connections needed to be reversed.
  5. Ohm the bridge heater DG47-00059A itself. Replacing the triple element does not replace this separate bridge heater.
  6. If the bridge heater and wiring have continuity, verify the new switch is actually sending power through the required outputs. Samsung service information includes the wiring diagram and electrical troubleshooting section for this model.

Most likely based on what you’ve already replaced: wiring/terminal connection or incorrect wire placement, especially if the symptom appeared or remained exactly the same after both replacements

Correction on the model # it is NE58F9710WS/AA. The part number for the bridge assembly that was replaced was DG47-0072A and the part number for the switch was DG44-01006A.

For your model # I’m showing the bridge assembly as ( Samsung DG47-00066A Range Radiant Bridge Heating Element | Genuine OEM Part )

For your switch on the left side is it the inner or outer switch that controls the bridge

The bridge assembly DG47-00066A was updated to DG47-00072A, correct?

The switch is the left side outer switch that controls the bridge. The inner switch controls the back burner part of the assembly.

Yes our site didn’t show the update had to go to the manufacturers site and the switch is the correct part # so I’d really suspect a wiring issue

Thank you for verifying. We will check the potential wiring issues and get back to you.

We had two wires that were connected incorrect. After researching further, you must make sure that the wires are connected to the correct numbered prongs on the new bridge assembly. The new bridge assembly is working properly now. Thank you for your guidance.
