Samsung electric oven C-21 error

Main Symptom: Oven and range over heating
What happens & when: The oven continues to heat until C-21 is thrown The temperature sensors are good. The cable to the touch pad looks good. The stove top elements cycle on and off when trying to use them Looks like control board DE92-03959E is the part I need. Is that correct?
