During a wash cycle, does it sound like the circulation motor is operating? If it does, and if the water level is good, the issue would be with the circulation pump or the impeller. The impeller would need to be inspected to see if it has broken off from the motor shaft. If the impeller is good, the motor would be the issue.

I was told by the owner that they had a leak. they changed the circulation motor and sump seal. Then they got a low pressure code. The low pressure code was the stop valve. I took the sump cover off to check the filter, there is a little white plate that I believe connects to the diverter motor, it doesn’t seem to connect to anything. I think this will direct the water to the Upper/Lower spray arms or the “Storm wash”. Could this be the issue? Can I check the water pressure coming out of the inlet valve? Thanks!
Impeller is good. The motor was replaced.
The distribution plate can cause the water to not reach the spray arms if if is not connected to the diverter. It should be connected to a shaft that runs through the sump housing down to a motor as seen in the parts diagram in the following link. If there is a part missing, it would need to be replaced. As far as the water pressure goes, it the dishwasher is filling with water to the proper level, the pressure would not need to be checked.
