Samsung Dishwasher won't fill up with water

Brand: Samsung
Model Number: DW80B7070UG
Main Symptom: won’t fill with water
What happens & when:

Error Code (if any): No Error Codes

Parts or tests already tried: I replaced the incoming water valve and main controller board

Samsung repair tried to schedule service tech, who said we are too far away and they wouldn’t service device.

I called sears repair and they came out. Long story short, they were not sure what might be wrong with it but suggested the valve and main controller board. That call cost me $150.

I tried replacing the valve first as the control part part was no longer available. That didn’t work but I learned the part number for the replacement controller board, so I replaced that. Still not working.

So now I have like $400 into this repair and the thing still won’t fill up with water. No error code, it’s completes every cycle from the initial drain, to wash, rinse and dry, just with no water.

Any advice on what to check next is greatly appreciated. I’d hate to end up just buying a new one with $400 already sunk into it.

This issue will most likely be with the case sensor or float being clogged. This would be on the side of the unit where the water flows through.
