Samsung dishwasher won’t drain

Main Symptom: won’t drain
What happens & when:
So last week I had the leak detector error code. Ordered a new sensor. Didn’t fix it. Cut the connectors off and hard wired it and the error went away. However now it doesn’t drain. I ordered a new pump for the drain and replaced that today. It appears all the lines are clear. I took the line off that runs from the pump to the plastic loop piece and no water came out. Is there a check valve? I’m not sure what I am missing. I can hear the pump kick in.

The dish washer did run any of the cycles I ran it through. At the beginning of each cycle it ran the pump but no water came out. I did check connections so I am curious if maybe there is a check value or something that I might have connected incorrectly.
