Samsung 4 door French door fridge not cooling freezer working

Main Symptom: fridge not cool, freezer ok
What happens & when: woke up fridge and freezer were both way to warm I unplugged it for a while and plugged it back in. Freezer got cold, fridge did not my freezer will be -4 where it is set, and fridge stays between 54-64 degrees. I unplugged it for 24 hours and plugged it back in, fridge gets to about 60 and freezer is -4. I have not seen the condenser fan run at all does it run whenever the condenser is running? I ordered the fan but I’d like to be able to test if the fan is getting the voltage. Any other ideas? Thank you all in advance
