There is water in the back of the dispenser (part # AP3844311) and what I need to know is the water supposed to be there or should I replace the whole dispenser. The washer itself does not drain properly and it does’ not dry the dishes
I think the dispenser has nothing to do with your draining and drying issue. When you say in the back of the dispenser, do you mean inside the door? Does your dishwasher get the water as hot as it used to? If I am not mistaken the water has to get real hot during the rinse cycle for the dishes to dry. Please explain “not draining properly”.
