The rinse agent dispenser is not working. Our dishes are not drying completely and we noticed the rinse agent dispenser stays full. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

First I’d like to clarify if you chose the “Heated dry” cycle? If you did - unplug the dishwasher, remove the toe panel, locate the heater contacts and using a multimeter check continuity across those two contacts (with one wire removed). If there is no continuity you heater is bad and should be replaced. Here is the part number AP580976.
