Replacing pantry drawer end cap

There’s a “pantry drawer” that runs the width of my French-door refrigerator, with a clear plastic cover that opens when you pull the drawer out, hinged on two measly plastic dowels that stick out of the side mechanism which I think is called the end cap. Of course one of these 1/2" dowels broke off, making the cover unusable and therefore the drawer largely open to the air in the fridge.

The pantry drawer end cap costs about $18 online, but I’m sure I’ll pay a lot more if I get it through a service company, if only for their high labor costs to install it. How hard is this to do myself? Where could I find detailed instructions?

Many thanks!
