The plastic cover on my dishwasher has started to crack and peel on the buttons.
I have used silicone to try to reinforce the material that is chipping away to no avail..
I found the insert here on your web site but am wondering if there are any special tools or techniques to remove the old and install the new.
Does the new one have an adhesive on it already or do i need to get something specific.

It is possible that it is self adhesive. There is no straight installation instructions for this part, but you definitely would not need any special tools.
