What happens & when:
My washer arms were clogged. I got a new upper washer arm and in taking the old one out I broke the pin that keeps it in place.
In addition, while removing the upper rack the little toggles snapped off; they’re quite brittle.
I can’t find how to order the pin and I don’t know if I should order parts for the rack or just replace the whole thing. I’m sure the rest of the plastic is brittle, too
