Replacement parts for cooktop

I need to replace parts on my whirlpool marks series electric cooktop. The parts I need are (3) recepticles part number 3182838 and (1) terminal block AP3841238. Apparently, the parts have been discontinued. What substitutes/ options are available to me.

These parts are very special what means you can not use any universal parts instead. If the manufacturer has discontinued them then you probably have to look for a new stove.
