Replacement compatable high voltage transformer

I purchased a replacement transformer for a jenn air microwave made in feb 2002. The wire configuration of the replacement is not the same as the origional. Do you think i was sent the wrong part? Or are there multiple replacements for that year? Jenn Air model jmc8100ads
