Replaced evaporator fan not working

Brand: ge
Model Number: GSS25JFPA WW
Main Symptom: evap fan not working
What happens & when: fan not spinning after new replacement

Replaced board, replaced evaporator fan with included thermistor. Freezer coils get cold, light works, water dispenses but evap fan doesn’t run.

Trouble shooting protocol says last effort would be incorrect wiring, but it’s plug and play so how incorrect could it be? All grounds have continuity, as does the thermostat sensor. Saw voltage at evaporator fan harness but didn’t verify how much.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

Replacement evaporator fan WR60X10074

Did you buy OEM parts!

Was it the control in the back that was replaced or was it the one in the fresh food section? Also, what specific voltage is reaching the fan?

Board was oem, fan it’s an Amazon replacement.

Board replaced was the one on the back of fridge. If I remember correctly I was getting 9.xxV out of 4 pins, and 2.xxV out of 2 pins. I’ll have to check again for which wires correspond.

See if this helps.

The white wire at pin 3 would be the common wire where the black meter probe would stay. The red wire at pin 8, yellow wire at pin 5, and blue wire at pin 1 are where voltage would be measured with the red meter probe at connection J2.
