Replace Whirlpool Ice Door

Hi,

The ice dispenser freezes in the summer due to high humidity.
I think I need to replace the ice door since it may not close
tightly and may be letting warm, humid air in, causing the freezing.

I have never replaced the ice door and wonder how complicated it is.

I was told I need Ice Door, Part# 2171713.

Before you order any parts, I would recommend the remove the dispenser front cover (instructions are attached) and diagnose the problem.
