I believe you mean, model number PER4310BAW(thats the reference I used) as the model number you supplied is incorrect.

There aren’t instructions available at this time, but:
You need to remove power to the range,
Remove thermostat knob and loosen or remove 2 screws holding thermostat assembly to control panel.
Remove screws at bottom front corners of control panel and remove screws from top back side of control panel(you’ll need to move range away from wall).
You can now remove the control panel from the front and have access to the thermostat assembly.
You will now need to raise or remove the cooktop assembly for access to the the temperature bulb and tube.
Open or remove oven door , you will see the end of the temperature probe(coupler bulb) on either the side or across the back of the upper oven cavity clipped into 1 or 2 clips.
Remove bulb from clip(s) straighten tubing and pull tube out from below the cooktop,control panel(where the burners are).
Reverse procedure to install new part and check for operation.
