Replace cam and dogs holding agitator in place

Rick/Sarasota, FL: afternoon, re Agitator Repair Kit Part Number: AP3094543 for Whirlpool Washer Mod # LSN1000LWO …looks like the 4 dogs in the cam are completely worn down and the agitator is just spinning freely…looks like an easy fix but how do you get the plastic cam off ? :confused:..does it snap off? do instructions come with the part? thanks
