I have an Amana tp19aw fridge and I managed to drop my wedding ring into the front left vent on the freezer floor. I can’t see because it fell into it and slid back out of sight. How can I remove the freezer floor? Preferably without breaking anything and putting the freezer floor back when I’m done.

Hello. The removal of the freezer floor isn’t a job that any trained technician would look forward to. I would probably first try emptying the unit and tilting the unit forward to see if I could get it to slide forward. Then fish it out with a pair of tweezers. Otherwise, both doors have to come off and the removal of the freezer floor is accomplished with the removal of the complete center divider. This is not a job I would recommend a do-it-yourself’er to undertake.
