I need to replace the heating element but I don’t know how to remove the cabinet. The filter is on the front.

The clips that he is talking about, are at the top of the bottom panel, about 4 inches from each end. It is best to slide a putty knife in there, and it will release the front real easy. Tom ApplianceEducator.com
