Is this happening with the broil and the bake cycles or is it one cycle in particular that will fail to hold temperature? Also, the console bottom panel is removed by taking out a screw from each side of it. This should allow it to slide forward and off of the user panel assembly. This will also give access to the mounting screws holding the user panel onto the frame.
