Refrigerator not cooling

I have a Danby 9.6 compact fridge. Manual Defrost. It isn’t getting cold.
I can feel the compressor running, it is pretty warm to the touch. I checked the capacitor and it is in the range marked on it. (8 uf) I checked the thermostat (open circuit when turned off and close to 0 resistance when turned on coldest setting. I can hear fluid running through the cooling line that goes next to the freezer but it isn’t cold. I can’t find any fans (is that possible.?) Everything is clean. Any suggestions what else I can check? Thanks for your help.

If you are sure that the compressor is running and it sounds like you are then you have a sealed system problem.

When the compressor runs the evaporator should get cold.

This will be an expensive repair as you need a pro.
Usually it makes more sense to put those dollars towards a new unit.
With a compact fridge the repair will likely be more than a new unit.
