Refrigerator not cooling, compressor running

Main Symptom: Not cooling
What happens & when: Plug it in, after short delay compressor starts. Compressor lines stay at ambient temp. No cooling in freezer or refrigerator.

Error Code (if any): None Main board Green LED flashing normel cycle
Parts or tests already tried: Unit did have a bad evaporator fan in refrigerator, replaced it. Freezer Evap coil drain plugged, fixed it. Refrig evaporator coil temp sensor had a bad pin in its connector, fixed it. Purchased used, transported 4 miles on very smooth roads in upright position. Home Depot removed from a basement and placed in a garage. The evap coil still had some ice in it when I opened the are to test the common evap fan failure. Fan is running, however freezer coil fan is not and it tested good. Gave it 13.6 VDC across red/yellow on 0VDC to black, spun right up. The refrig evap fan was DoA.

My original Maytag MSD2732GRS still in my kitchen is almost doing the same thing, compressor running, freezer near 20F.

Both refrigerators have clean condenser coils and condenser fans are spinning.

With the freezer fan installed and the door switch taped shut, what DC voltage reading reaches the fan when testing from the red wire to the black wire, the yellow wire to the black wire, and the blue wire to the black wire?
