The H1 or HI error is indicating that the temp is too hi for whichever side is showing. Check for faulty thermistors, check for defrost issues and fans that may not be operational.
Hello:
My issue with my refrigerator still exists. I take the bottom freezer door off and remove the baskets to get to the condenser coils. They are always solid with ice. I use the hair dryer to clear this all up and the refrig will work for about 7 days and it frosts up again. What part controls the defrost? I had a few people on you tube telling me to press the plus and minus on the refrig side to get into the manual defrost. Nothing happens when I do this.
