Refrigerator Frezzer is not cooling

Hello,

The fresh food section looks like is cooling but Freezer not and Freezer fan is not running. I have replaced the Main control board.

That is likely to be either the temp sensor WR55X10025 in the freezer behind the cover on the right-hand side or the evaporator fan WR60X25858 itself. You can check what temperature the temp sensors are telling the main control they are seeing using the service mode. I’ve attached the service manual for this model, the service mode section starts on page 104.

Thank you so much for the information. Just a question the Temp Sensor part WR55X10025 is it located behind the Freezer Evaporator Cover? Please let me know**.** Thank you for your assistance.

WR55X10025 should be on the right-hand side of the freezer behind a cover on the side-wall, WR60X25858 is the one behind the evap cover on the evaporator.
