Main Symptom: Food/beverages freezing.
What happens & when: Food such as eggs and water and everything else in the fridge is freezing. Freezer and fridge all on recommended setting. Replaced defrost timer and temperature control and still freezing.

Parts or tests already tried: Condenser coils are super clean and still the same problem. Defrost timer and temperature control replaced

There should be a slide damper in the freezer section, what is that set to?
Also, can you check the temperature in the freezer section by sandwiching a thermometer between items and leaving it for about 5-10 minutes and checking the reading? If so, let me know what it is saying.
Freezer is -4 °F
Slide damper in the freezer section is just below the recommended setting. Fridge setting is set below recommended setting.
Try setting that slide damper all the way to coldest in the freezer. That will keep more cold air in the freezer section instead of allowing it to dump over into the fridge section. These are very simple machines as far as the electronics go and you’ve already replaced the 2 things that may be the culprit from that side.
