When I forget to think about it and push the refrigerator door shut it usually stays about a half inch open which lets out cold air. What do you think the problem could be? Thanks for your help!

Check the door lower hinge cams (Items 10 and 12 in Section 8).
The door actually rides up and down on these cams. When closed it is riding on the down cam so gravity holds the door closed.
Check that the unit is level side to side and front to back.
Front to back can be leaning back a bit.
Check that the door gasket on the hinge side of the door is not binding on the fridge frame. A light coating of vaseline or white lithium grease usually fixes this.
