Brand: Kitchen Aid Model Number:KBFL25ETSS00 Main Symptom: Warm Fridge What happens & when: the Fridge. is at 45°F and the freezer is 25°F both fans are blowing air, the coils under the fridge have been cleaned. the keyboard (WP67005949)has been out for months but it has still kept temp. could it be the Electronic control board (WPW10207861)?

I would take the back panel off freezer and look at the Evaporator frost pattern and post a picture of it being Both refrigerator and freezer temps are off.
Thank you for your reply. I removed the back cover. I found directly behind the thermistor a huge clump of ice. It was attached to the copper tubbing where it connects to the condenser there is some grey compound covering the connection point, the top of the condenser also had some ice on top of it. I used a hair dryer to melt the ice. I put everything back together and plugged the fridge back in. Now I’m waiting to see what happens.
